I was in a similar situation, and am picking KCU over DMU. I listed a lot of my pros and cons on this thread: http://ift.tt/1XOJz4z
You can take some of those points and see whats a pro and con for yourself. I've compared KCU vs every school I've been accepted to and finally decided that it's the only place that I see myself wanting to go.
What has helped a lot is messaging current students at the school. I suggest you go beyond the superficial stuff (are you happy there.. Superficial questions like that won't get you anywhere because it's a personal thing and you might not like it at all). Many of the students are happy to share, but don't take their precious time for granted. Instead, consider whats important to you and message them straightforward questions that can help you make this decision. Learn about the extra bs you have to deal with outside of studying (shoveling snow, grand round presentations, Mandatory shadowing, mandatory art museum visits), Cost of Attendance (I actually made a pretty thorough checklist on my monthly spendings and saw KCU is the cheapest), mandatory attendance, curriculum, rotation sites (most third and fourth years won't respond cuase they are busy), research, and even about things that are important to you outside of school (ex: exercise, religion, lots of food places if you are a foodie.. that type of stuff should be the last thing on your list except maybe relgion because that can play a huge part in a person's life).
You are in a great position with plenty of great choices. However, I can totally understand how weighty this decision can be as you might be two years into the school and regretting the decision you made. So good luck man! Hopefully we can be classmates next year!
