If you live in a saturated area maybe. There is vast undersupply of dentists in rural areas in America and it's only going to get worse. If you're willing to work in a rural area, you can work <40 hrs per week and still make a very lucrative income, while also improving access to care and the oral health of the nation. It baffles me how the students who complain about student debt are the people who set up shop where there's a dentist on every street corner.
