3.65GPA, 30 MCAT

I'm planning on retaking the MCAT at the end of January.

Research in mol bio lab, 500 hours
ED scribe, with trainer experience, 1500 hours
Volunteering (soup kitchen and tutoring), 50 hours
Respite Care for the foster system, 100 hours

I'm mainly interested in AZ state schools for cost purposes. Any recommendations to boost my chances at UofA Phoenix and Tucson?
