When would you NOT take a full scholarship?

I chose Hopkins over a full scholarship a few places and one that is a pretty sought after place. I told myself I would go to the best school that took me, and would only use money as a tie-breaker (Penn vs Hopkins, etc). And I haven't started paying loans back yet, but I wouldn't change my decision at all right now. I love it here.

Edit: I would make the same decision with or without PSLF, but with PSLF I think I will only be paying the cost of attendance portion back (same either place) when the 10 years are up. I am, however, well aware of the possibility it won't be an option for me.
