Here are some preliminary results with an n=59 as of the last time I checked.
1. It looks like we're approaching a bell curve for MCAT scores and GPA (MCAT centered at 30 and GPA centered around 3.6) so we're getting some broad sampling which is nice.
2. SDNers are early appliers! The vast majority of respondents were complete and verified before mid July. Most were verified before the end of June.
3. About 30% of respondents received an acceptance to a school for which they received the II after thanksgiving, however of that cohort only 17% (3 of 18) received an acceptance after only receiving IIs after thanksgiving. N is still a bit small to draw any conclusions and n=3 of 59 does not inspire confidence in this most-likely-very-biased respondent cohort but I'm leaving the survey open for a while longer.
The 3 applicants who received acceptances after only receiving IIs after Thanksgiving were in the 51-55, 66-70 and 66-70 LizzyM ranges. They received 1,1, and 3 total acceptances, respectively.
