Should I Report This To Schools?

Hello everyone,

I just had a quick question and was hoping I could get some feedback. I might be concerned for no reason, but I figured I would check just in case.

I was lucky enough to have been accepted to several medical schools over the past 1-1.5 months, including my dream school. Today, I randomly decided to look over my personal statement and AMCAS application, and something caught my eye.

Under one of my activity descriptions I reported that I "decided to complete the certification for becoming a Nurse Aide". What I tried to get across was that I completed a CNA course (at the school that I listed) and got a certificate for doing so. However, I never took the actual exam to become licensed as a CNA. I believe that I initially clarified this in the response, but that it was removed by the person that edited my activity descriptions. I unfortunately never caught on to it.

Would anyone care about this? If they would, I figured it would be best to contact someone and clarify, rather than getting too far and getting in trouble for it later. Either it is nothing to be worried about, or it is something that should be clarified...but I'm not sure which it would be!

Thank you very much!
