That's a therapist's job, honestly. That's something a good counselor can help you with... and given you are a premed, overcoming that is unlikely. We ALL compare ourselves to each other.
BUT ... one tip I do have, is don't ask how the others did on tests, don't ask how hard they thought it was, don't ask how they liked so and so, don't ask them if they've interviewed yet, don't ask.
By asking, you're starting down the bunny hole of comparison... just don't. When you do well, focus on that and be happy. When you don't do as well as YOU wanted, focus on why and fix it.
There really is no other way.
