I have a LizzyM of <70, I'm non-URM, and I was offered two 2/3 tuition scholarships. I was offered the first scholarship to school A a day after my original acceptance. I liked school B more and sent them an e-mail asking about the likelihood of receiving a scholarship (I didn't blatantly ask for it but I casually mentioned the scholarship to school A).
I received the same scholarship from school B a week later. My situation may be different because they are both Texas schools and it's already fierce competition between the schools for the same applicants.
If I were you I'd ask the admissions staff offices about the possibility of receiving aid/what percentage of students receive scholarships, etc. Stress that finances play a huge factor in your decision making process and that you want as much information as possible, etc. You may be surprised!!
