Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Applying to DO/MD/PA Schools. New York.

My question is regards to applying to MD/DO/PA schools with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and a few other questions. I'm quite new to this so any helpful advice is a appreciated. I will get into some details below. This might be quite a long post but I will try to keep it as concise and short as possible.

I was recently (end of 2013/2014) diagnosed with GAD and it did come with anxiety and panic attacks. This did have a negative impact on my grades prior to being diagnosed. When I mean negative I mean very bad. I honestly didn't understand why I was doing so poorly in college for a few years. When I was studying I was able to do various problems, solve questions and get the answers to the questions. I also understood the material but when taking tests it seemed that I couldn't do anything correct. I was in a pretty bad place because I did not understand what was going on and why I was doing so poorly when I understood the material.

After discussing my problem with my school adviser they suggested I should see someone from the psychology department at my college. After various tests were done I was finally and properly diagnosed by the colleges psychologist (Psy.D.) with GAD. I have was also diagnosed by my PCP and an outside of my college psychologist with GAD. I have been able to control my GAD through various methods and techniques that I have employed in conjunction with my doctors and my school advisers. I also have not have any panic or anxiety attacks or GAD related issues since using these methods(fingers crossed so far). Also my grades have improved greatly.

Here is a little bit of background of what I have done so far. I'm currently completing my degree in the field of the Health Sciences and doing my pre-MD/DO requirements. Also according to my adviser I qualify to graduate with 3 Bachelor's Degrees: one in Health Science (the one I intended to finish with), one in Biology and one in Liberal Arts Math and Sciences (doesn't mean much from what I've heard). Who knew I could of possibly qualify to finish with 3 Bachelor's Degree's. My cumulative GPA is currently a 3.0 ( I know not good). Like I stated before I'm still completing my pre-requisites so I have not taken the MCAT's yet. My experiences are shadowing an 2 MD's at 2 different hospitals for a combined total of 3 years, I interned at a government science laboratory for 2 years (finishing this up in June 0f 2016), I'm currently interning at my cities department of health, I have also shadowed a DO for a year, I have completed 4 different certificates: 2 FEMA, 1 NIH, 1 is for asthma that certifies me to teach and educate about asthma. I also currently work for my family and I have other work experiences out side of the medical field.

I'm also contemplating and considering doing a possible Masters degree. I would like to get into one of the 3 programs (MD/DO/PA) either in the US, Canada, Caribbean and Mexico. I would also consider Europe.

So my question are:
1. How do the programs/schools look at student's diagnosed with GAD?
2. Based on my earlier poor grades prior to being diagnosed with GAD, do schools/programs look
for improvements? Or am I in trouble with my earlier grades? I feel that my earlier grades will have
a bad impact on me and that does not really reflect on who I am.
3. Is there anything else that I can do to appeal to MD/DO/PA programs?
4. Will graduating with 3 bachelor's degree's (if I decide to actually apply for graduation with all 3)
actually help in any way?
5. Should I pursue a Master's program?
6. Any other advice, thoughts, ideas and information would be helpful.
