I can think of a couple of things that were in FA 2015 but not in FA 2014 that popped up on my Step 1 (I know b/c I looked at the corresponding sections of each book relating to the questions). I'm not allowed to say what they were, but the new things they put in each year are important. Might make a difference of a point or two (potentially).
If you've already annotated a bunch into it, you can do what I did, which was find a pdf of the new First Aid and add in the new bits of information into your old First Aid as you read through it throughout the year or during dedicated. Or, First Aid also uploads a pdf online detailing all the changes and additions made to the new edition, and then you can just print that and insert it into your old First Aid book.
