Do I still have a chance?

I attend a community college. Will start at a 4 year in Fall of 2016.

Gen Chem 1: A-
Gen Chem 2 Honors: A
Gen Bio 1 Honors: C+
Gen Bio 2: C+
Orgo 1 (summer session: 5 weeks): C
Orgo 1 (retake, regular semester): A-

Every other class is an A. B+ in Calc 1.
Currently at a 3.5 gpa, going into my 3rd year of college in the spring 2016. (Even though its my 3rd year I'm extending my time at my college for a semester before getting my Associates degree, so I like to say 5th semester. I will be starting my 3rd year in the Fall) I still have to take Physics and A&P. I'm not sure if I should retake Bio 1 and 2 before I apply to med school.

Extracurriculars:
-EMT for 2-3 years
-2 summer internships at Brookhaven National Lab.
-Tutoring year round ranging from 1st grade to College level chemistry
-So far no shadowing any doctors but will before I apply

Is is too early to tell if I still have a chance at being accepted? What I'm mostly worried about is my 2 Cs in Bio..
