Current applicant, 3.9 gpa, 33 MCA

Hi everyone, I am a current applicant, hoping to enter medical school in 2016. I am currently a senior at UC Berkeley, a California resident, and ORM.

cGPA: 3.94
sGPA: 3.92
MCAT: 33 (11 PS, 9 VR, 13 BS)

I have had one interview at Georgetown University, and I am waiting to hear back about a decision. I also have 3 rejections (BU, UCSF, and Stanford), and 2 holds (GW and UCSD). I was complete at all schools between July and early August.

My list:
UCSF (rejected)
UCLA
UCSD (hold)
UCR
UCI
UCD
USC
Drexel
Temple
Stanford (rejected)
Georgetown (Interview)
GW (hold)
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Columbia
Harvard
Brown
Dartmouth
MCW
UVM (small pool)
Penn State
Johns Hopkins
NYMC
Cornell
Emory
BU (rejected)
Tulane
Tufts
University of Michigan

ECs:
Volunteer and Director at a clinic for the homeless (1500 hrs)
Research at ucsf genetics lab (750 hrs)
Shadowing (100 hrs)
TA (300 hrs)
Intern at a biotech company (400 hrs)
Ski club (100 hrs)

Self-critique: I realize that my list is quite top heavy, and if I were to do it over again, I would have included more low to mid-tier schools. I am happy with my MCAT, but not so much with verbal reasoning. Finally, although I have clinical volunteering experience, I have little experience working or volunteering in a hospital.

So my question for you all is: what should be my next steps? Should I start updating schools that I haven't heard from (which is about 80% of them)? If I do end up having to reapply, which areas of my app should I focus on improving? Thank you so much in advance!
