Canadian, Missing prereqs?

Currently 3rd year Canadian, thinking about applying to US next year for medical school (more options in case I don't have an offer from Canadian schools).

I have great stats (>3.95 cGPA, >522 Mcat), but the issue is that I'm missing physics and orgo (also the bio at my university had no lab component?) from the common prereqs that the AAMC seems to suggest. I have taken a few biochemistry courses though.
(Canadian medical schools have far fewer prereqs so this isn't a problem here in Canada)

My question is, are there US schools where they don't strictly require the above prereqs? I'm hesistant to take both first year physics and second year orgo in 4th year because it will reduce my chances at Canadian medical schools (it is an option for me to take ONE of the two though).
