Not defending anyone but it seems that admins and mods are serious albeit behind close doors on these types of issues. A veteran member like Mad Jack getting banned means that he was repeatedly warned several times of his actions.
However, if that's truly what happened, he would've been on probation several times followed by an Account Hold. This didn't happen for several months as far as I'm aware so it's a bit interesting.
