Ask professor to round up grade

I got an 87.54 in my human physiology class, and you need an 88 to get an A- (no significant figures specified, not that it matters). My gpa is really struggling so should I go ask him to round it up? A 3.33 to a 3.67 in that class will make a world of difference. I'd easily have an A, but I missed one lab due to lack of sleep, which I e-mailed him immediately about making up but he said no.
