3.2 gpa, 29 MCAT, in post bacc, unique ECs

Hey all,
New to this so go easy! I went to undergrad at UVA, didn't do too hot my first two years, but my gpa was a lot better my junior and senior years, but not enough to make up for my abysmal grades. Most of this was due to me being too involved in other activities. I just graduated and am currently in post-bacc. I'm doing pretty well in the program, will probably end up with a 4.0 this semester.

1. GPA:
cGPA: 3.23
sGPA: 3.11
Majored in Religious Studies and Biology

2. MCAT: 29. Planning on re-taking it this summer. didn't take a class my first time around but there is a free class my post bacc is providing, hopefully will increase my score.

3. Ethnicity: Asian, male

4. Clinical Experience:
- EMT for ~300 hours
- Spent two months in Cambodia with a neurosurgeon, providing some patient care and helping him with his hospital. Altogether around 500 hours
- Spent one week in North Korea with a medical team, helping them with basic things (but mostly shadowing). I also helped to set up the first-ever international medical student conference in Pyongyang with North Korean medical students. I know this may seem unbelievable, but I can supply proof if you'd like.
- Shadowed a Neurosurgeon for one semester (~120 hours) at UVA

5. Research Experience:
Spent 3 years of undergrad in the same lab at the UVA Hospital with a Pulmonologist, studying emphysematous COPD. Presented 2 posters and was published in two papers in the Journal of Immunology

6. Non-clinical volunteering:

- President of a large Christian fellowship (~300 people) and heavily involved there (weekly homeless outreach, etc.)
- Partnered with the homeless shelter for 3 years, did Saturday outings for about 3 hours each (~150 hours)
- Was a drug-rehab volunteer in Kyrgyzstan for two months (~130 hours)

7. Other activities:

- Into photojournalism, shot for football and basketball teams at my school. Was published several times in the Guardian and Daily News
- Composed and produced two piano albums

8. LORs: LORs look great, I have worked closely with doctors abroad, my research PI, and have strong relationships with science and non-science faculty.

What parts of my application are weakest (Aside from low gpa)? I plan on taking a gap year after post bacc to apply and scribe, should I do anything else?
