You have too many state public schools that give a strong preference to their own residents. You can delete Hawaii, Colorado, North Dakota. Unless Utah and OHSU have some arrangement for MT residents delete those also. Brown and Davis are reaches. Consider adding these schools where you would have a chance with your stats:
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Loyola
St. Louis
Tulane
California Northstate
Any private MD schools that open for 2017 (Roseman, Henricopolis, Seton Hall etc.)
