Question about Extracurriculars

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to post this.

Anyways.

I don't exactly have very numerous extracurricular activities. But I can tell you for a fact, that each has been so significant and memorable to me. Their influence has been very significant to me. All I have is:

Free Clinic volunteering
Hospice volunteering
Shadowing
Research Internship
Paid chemistry tutoring*
Assistant manager at a pizza shop* (lol)

The latter two are obviously paid. They too, believe it or not, have really taught me so much.

These are also things that have been commitments for at least a year now, except paid tutoring which i just started this semester.

These are my most meaningful extracurricular activities. Each has really meant a lot to me! The experiences have been so awesome. But its not a very grand list. I really don't want my application to be mostly empty! I could stop doing one or two of these to pursue other EC's, simply for that sake of adding more to the list (and i may have wonderful experiences from these new EC's too). But I kind of don't want to do that! I love being a hospice volunteer and going to the free clinic and tutoring my peers.

So... what would you do? Keep doing what you enjoy doing, or decide to move on and explore other areas?

Also, not sure if this matters, but I'm a junior. I'll be applying this summer.

Any opinions or words of advice or such are highly appreciated. I do appreciate everyone who takes the time to read and answer. Thank you so much!
