Looks like you're going to need to read the fine print of the program descriptions you're partially interested in...I suppose, right?
My guess would be that an Academic Health Center would be like 'student health' and a University Counseling Center would be on-campus psychological service (but no serious cases or they would be referred out to a full-service clinic). My other guess is that they would be more similar than different and those differences would make for interesting questions to ask on interviews (if it's even worth the application to you).
Now, I'm thinking about the rest of your post, OP. Now is not the time to be lazy (especially with internship). If you're even mildly interested, I would advise you read the details of each applicant program carefully, and incorporate some of the programs' goals into your essays or cover letters if they align with your goals. Plus, there are only an average of 10-15 programs to deeply consider so think of it all as field research...and not a waste of time (programs will sniff out who is cutting corners and who really wants their internship site). FWIW, I designated 18 sites to apply to, and ended up applying to only 10 because after I read the descriptions, I was so bored to tears with what I was reading that I wasn't enthusiastic at all about those sites. Couldn't even muster up enough energy to fake it for those sites.
So this exercise in program discovery is not futile...it will actually help you figure out more of what you really want.
Good luck!

Another internship question, thanks in advance.
