FC explaines the reason dobutamine is used for cardiac stress testing is

• Dobutamine is used in cardiac stress testing as it increases cardiac output without causing vasodilation and reflex tachycardia due to concurrent β2-receptor activation.

But if there is concurrent b2 activaiton won't that lead to vasodilation? Why is it saying the opposite?
