I have a 3.51 uGPA, majored in Physician Assistant, 2xURM., 25 years old. Now a PA at top tier intitution's Hospital in Neurosurgery. (was a PA in orthopaedic surgery at institution before that). No research experience but in Masters of Biotech at same top tier institution with 3.7 GPA so far (just finished first semester). What's the LOWEST MCAT score I can get away with that will make me at least a potential candidate for some top 20's and pretty good chance for middle tier MD programs??
