Secondary question on what you would do if you couldn't be a physician. What do adcoms want?

U Cincinnati asks a question about what you would do if you lived in a world without disease or injury and no doctors are needed.

What are adcoms looking for out of this question?

My honest answer would probably be politics so I could try and fix our broken political system. But I'm not sure if politics is a good thing to write about in a secondary.

My other answer would be psychology since a world without mental illness doesn't preclude grief, stress and anger. Is this a cop out?
