Transferring between Two State Universities (Undergrad) for Dental

What would happen if I transfer state universities, but never tell my home school school I transferred from that I transferred ,and essentially be a student a both schools? If I never send my transcript over to the school I transferred to, what are the chances that I'll be expelled from both my home university I transferred from and the university I transferred to? Also, can you please explain to me how you know your answer is correct, and give me any evidence if possible.
