Low GPA, decent MCAT: WAMC/school list

Please do not quote this post. Any advice is welcome and very much appreciated.

Stats:
3.08 cgpa
3.45 sgpa
4.0 grad. gpa (Halfway through SMP - will be done by the time I apply next year)
39 MCAT (1 attempt - viable at many, though not all, of the schools on this list. I'm considering a retake, but I'm not sure if it would be worth it).

There is a large upward trend in the cgpa, with a 3.98 gpa over the last ~90 credit hours of undergrad (mostly upper div. science courses).

Recent and current EC's- Volunteering/shadowing/research should all increase next semester

• Part-time job in college (~25 hr/week)
• Clinical shadowing - 120 hr.
• Hospital volunteer - 120 hr - 100% direct patient interaction
• Free clinic volunteer - 50 hr - helped with the startup process of the free clinic, and served as a volunteer scribe
• Hospital volunteer - 50 hr - 100% direct patient interaction
• Homeless shelter volunteer ~ 200 hr - served as a mentor, and taught guitar lessons, to 4 homeless boys
• President/co-founder of student organization - Helped lead a group in organizing and fundraising (~$12,000) for a few events on campus, as well as leading biweekly group meetings
• Worked ~50-60 hr/week in an agricultural lab during my gap year
• Research assistant (few posters/presentations, but no pubs.)
• Ukulele club volunteer at a middle school (70ish hours)
• A few other random volunteering activities/awards, etc.

I applied to 2 schools this cycle (I didn't think that I had any chance at all with my cgpa, but to my surprise I received 2 II's). But in the event that I don't get in this cycle, how does this list look for next cycle? Are there any schools that I should drop/add? Are there any glaring deficiencies in my application (apart from the atrocious gpa, of course). Of course, this school list would be contingent upon a reputable performance in the later half of my SMP.

I'm assuming you are African American since you're applying to Morehouse, Howard, Meharry.
With that in mind. ~3.1 GPA + 507 (~28, 29 on the old scale), you have a ~60% (compare to ~40% of avg. applicant) chance of acceptance already (http://ift.tt/1QSGJva)
If you can bring your cGPA to >3.2 by doing well next semester, and/or score 510+ on the MCAT, your chances are getting closer to 70-80%

At this point, I would also recommend getting some shadowing hours and continue with your ECs. Your chances are already above average.

Okay, so my situation sucks, and I know I'm going to have to make sacrifices, but I desperately need advice- so here goes.
